1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EntityML API and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

EntityML provides an API for accessing prediction market data, including real-time and historical pricing, orderbook snapshots, and market analytics. Access is provided through tiered subscription plans with defined usage limits.

3. Accounts and API Keys

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Exceed your subscription tier's rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API data without authorization
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely market data, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the data. The data is provided "as is" and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

EntityML shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or trading losses.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
